Innovily Futsal Club
Innovily Sports Academy offers year-round futsal programming as its primary competitive sport, and currently its only competitive sports club. Futsal programs will generally fall into one of four categories: open academy training, seasonal camps, competition teams, and seasonal league play. As is true of all its programs, the futsal club is club-neutral and open to all players regardless of other soccer or futsal affiliations.
Innovily Futsal is dedicated to fostering the growth of futsal in our community by offering engaging and inclusive programs for youth players. We firmly believe in the unique merits of futsal as a sport and its symbiotic relationship with soccer development. Our goal is to cultivate a passion for futsal while contributing to its expansion throughout the broader soccer community.
MISSION OF INNOVILY FUTSAL
At Innovily Futsal, we prioritize broad development for our youth participants, recognizing that technical training is just one aspect. Alongside sharpening their skills on the court, we aim to nurture their mental resilience, interpersonal communication, and cultivate positive habits that transcend the game. Our vision extends beyond creating skilled players; we aspire to instill bravery in tackling challenges, confidence in effective communication, and the freedom to express individual playing styles. Furthermore, we prioritize fostering strong bonds among players, encouraging teamwork, and the potential for lasting friendships.
How to get involved in futsal with Innovily
There are four ways to participate in futsal with us: Camps, Sunday drop-ins, a Membership (paid monthly), and Events.
Camps
Throughout the year, Innovily will host camps. These are one-time events that are typically open to all players. Keep an eye out for these.
Sunday Drop-Ins
On Sundays from 5p-6p we allow non-members to train with us for a $30 drop in fee. There's no commitment, and you can come as you like. We generally don't train on Sundays when we have events that same weekend.
Club Membership
Innovily offers 90-minute training sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays for club members; additionally, it allows players to attend Sundays for free. Club players pay monthly memberships.
Events
Innovily consistently attends events throughout the year and playing with us is another way to get touches in. Futsal and soccer are not the same, though, and to make sure we maintain and grow the quality of futsal, we typically only invite players to play who train with us and understand futsal. If you would like to attend events with Innovily, we encourage you to come train in one of the above ways.
Futsal Academy Training is the bulk of our programming and its programs are offered year-round to anyone regardless of skill and other soccer or futsal affiliations. It’s broken into five stages, with each stage concentrating on its own piece of our unique futsal methodology, and players are placed and advanced through the stages by our coaching staff. This is how we introduce new players to futsal as well as provide most of our experienced players touches on the ball. We offer both open training and club-only training.
Academy Training
There are academy training programs open for registration.
The team and club infrastructure for futsal is nowhere near what it is for soccer and other team sports. Opportunities for leagues, tournaments, and the possibilities for games are much smaller and farther between. Teams may be organized if opportunities arise and rosters will generally be by invitation based on the type of event we are entering. Rosters are typically filled with club members and players who train with us consistently. Events are not limited to futsal and may include soccer, beach soccer, or other sports. Most futsal events are quite competitive. An example of a team competition is US Youth Futsal’s State or Regional Championships.
Competitions and Teams
At various points throughout the year, we may hold separate camps, eg a Thanksgiving Camp. These camps may be up to many days in a row and typically cover a number of topics. The scheduling of these camps is typically around school or outdoor soccer schedules so as to be able to include as many athletes as possible.

It is our goal to eventually build or help host a consistent futsal league. We do not expect this to occur before the winter of 2024/25. We will keep our members up to date regarding this process.
